Guest Room Attendant Responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of guest rooms, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; The Guest Room Attendant will conform to all Housekeeping standards; All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations; Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times; Responsible for the quality, consistency and presentation of all products and services delivered to guests; Replenishes supplies, maintains a clean cart which is fully and neatly stocks with linens and supplies; Responsible for the security of assigned room keys; Must be a min. of 18 yrs .of age; High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1 yr. of Hospitality/Housekeeping experience preferred; Possesses excellent customer service and communication skills; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays; |
